Returns & Refunds
NOCO Genius® wants you to be happy with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied and need to return it, we’re here to help.

Summary
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. To return a product(s) to NOCO Genius, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
• Customer name
• Order number
• Item serial number(s)
• The number of items being returned
• Whether the product box has been opened
• Nature of the problem

Once you have obtained a RMA number, the RMA number must be clearly marked on the return box and ship the product to:

If your return is the result of our error, NOCO Genius® will provide you with a Return Shipping Label via email.

Returns & Refunds Policy
You may return any new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NOCO Genius® on geniuschargers.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to NOCO Genius® on returned items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and the shipping charges on the replacement item(s) going back.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive no refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours from the time that we receive the product(s) in our returns center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company.

When returning a product(s), please take into account the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper.

Please make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the shipping box. Any returns arriving at our Returns Center without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact NOCO Genius® Customer Service at 800.456.6626, between 8AM and 5PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
